Structural Engineer
We’re looking to recruit an experienced structural engineer to develop and lead PANDA's customer experience.
Role:
You will work directly with the CEO, CTO and COO in developing strategies and implementing these focussing on:
- Product Development – Shaping and testing new product developments, through customer feedback contributing to shaping new developments.
- Customer support – Developing relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, how they use or want to use PANDA and helping them obtain the most from PANDA. You will develop and update training literature, producing online tutorials and training manual updates.
- Developing Customer Base – Raising the profile of PANDA, speaking to potential customers, carrying out demonstrations, attending conferences.
